The history of the company was begun to be written in 1984 by Cevat GÜLEÇ, Celil GÜLEÇ and Faruk TÜYSÜZ. Lider Group, which entered the sector with 4 types of vacuum lavatory mirror on a 200 m area, has increased its scope of business in accordance with the intensive demand from the market and opened the way to leadership position. Lider Group, which has been consisted of 11 companies, has 770 employees and 77.000 m of operation area, has had nearly 2000 items in its product portfolio.

The company has aimed to realize presentation, marketing and direct sales of the products in the domestic market by increasing the Lider Bathroom Markets, which the Company has begun to create in Turkey, along with widespread domestic marketing network; and form the sales and marketing network, which is similar to the network formed outside of Turkey; in Ukraine, Russia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Romania and Macedonia, in Middle Eastern, African and European countries with quality and service understanding that benefits the Brand.
